By accessing or using any part of the site, you (i) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws, (ii) represent that you are an adult (18 years or older).
Your Activity
You are personally responsible for your use, communication and activities on the Big Luxe Deals website. You may not use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, are unruly or otherwise violate the TOS, access will be terminated.
Authenticity
Authenticity Guaranteed. We are committed to offering you 100% genuine luxury items. All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. All items are sourced directly from retail brands or reliable independent luxury retail chains.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Pricing & Payment
Prices on the Big Luxe Deals website are not negotiable. We source bargains to help you save on your favourite luxury items. All items have favourable price points and are non-negotiable. The cost of each item displayed is all-inclusive; there are no hidden fees. Exceptions only apply when shipping items outside Lagos, Nigeria (see Shipping & Delivery below).
Prices are in USD due to the volatility of our local currency; exchange rates are shared at checkout. We accept online payments, direct deposits and bank transfers in Naira or USD (via PayPal and Zelle).
Shipping & Delivery
All orders qualify for free next day (24 hours) delivery within Lagos, Nigeria. Orders outside Lagos (but within Nigeria) will attract a $6 shipping fee for delivery within 48 hours. International shipping via DHL is approximately $30; this may vary slightly due to the weight and size of each item.
Availability & Reservations
We have and will always provide a fair opportunity to shop. Items are often limited, so payment only guarantees a reservation. If you miss a deal on your wishlist item, subscribe to get notified when we restock or send a request via the contact form, we will try to source this item again. Also, follow us on social media to stay in touch.
Order Cancellation or Changes
You will be able to cancel some items before we ship your order. For self-service, log in to your profile, click on orders and modify as required. If you placed an order as a guest, reply to your order confirmation email with your request. We can not add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for additional items.
Returns
All sales are final. Ensure your details (size, preferences, et al.) are accurate before placing an order. Feel free to reach out for guides or seek clarity as needed.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace our TOS on this website. It is your responsibility to check periodically or before each purchase for changes.
